To hang fake vines on your wall, start by measuring the area where you want to hang them. Cut strips of tape that are slightly longer than the measurement, and then attach the strips of tape to the back of the fake vines. Peel off the backing on the tape, and then press the fake vines onto the wall. Start at the bottom and work your way up, overlapping each vine as you go. Once you've reached the top, trim any excess vines.
